What tyre purchases will I be rewarded on?

Rewards are given for the below truck tyres (free business only).

I've registered for the programme but I cannot see anything in the shop?

Once you register for your Bridgestone account our team will process your application within 48 hours. (Monday to Friday – if you register at the weekend – this will take a little longer) As soon as we approve your account you will be able to browse the shop and start spending your points.

Why don’t I have any points in my account?

Points will be allocated to accounts on a monthly basis. This will start in the month after you have registered and points will be allocated for any eligible tyres you have bought. Example May tyre points earned will be loaded in June. This should happen by the 15th of each month. You will receive an email alert (to the email address you registered with) to let you know.

When will my points be updated?

Your points will be updated on a monthly basis.

I've placed an order, how long will it take to arrive?

We will aim to deliver all orders placed via the website at your chosen delivery address within 28 working days.

This is a contingency as most orders will be delivered well before this date. Where possible, we will post delivery dates on the site alongside the products and mark any out of stock and back order items with a best guess delivery date.

I've placed an order but selected the wrong delivery address, can this be changed?

Once an order is placed you cannot change the delivery address yourself. If you contact the team via the ‘contact’ button in the bottom right of the website as soon as you realise the issue we will try our best to help you however we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order once your shopping basket is processed.

I need some help with the Programme, who should I contact?

The best way to contact the team is via the ‘contact’ button in the bottom right of the website. Here you can let us know how you wish to be helped and we will get back to you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday – queries logged over the weekend will be answered as quickly as possible)
